A Few Accomplishments:
In 2013, I worked with Grammy Award Winner ,Terrance Simien and his wife/manager
Cynthia Simien to help art direct and design packaging for Terrance Simien & The Zydeco Experience's "Dockside Sessions" release. The album was nominated and eventually won a 2014 Grammy Award for Best Regional Roots Album. Very proud and honored to have been able to participate in this project! Thanks to Cynthia and congrats to Terrance and all who worked on this project.
Official LAGCOE Poster Artist for 2011 & 2013. LAGCOE is Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition. It is one of the world's pioneer oil and gas expositions and have been fueling global energy solutions for almost 60 years, since 1955. For the last 5 years, I have volunteered time and talent to assist in the promotion of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) A Walk For The Cure in the Acadiana area.
In Fall 2008 volunteered time and talent to help produce, direct, edit and write a promotional video to promote Thomas Reprographics "Company Wide Green Initiatives"
In February and September 2007, I helped coordinate and host Grinder: Creative Arts Expo, a highly unique visual experience that features various types of art, vendors, merchandise, social networking, a live art show, and auction.
I’m a member of the Drink and Draw Social Club of South Louisiana, a community sketch group which meets weekly in public spots to draw and create awareness of art and comics. We had over 150 pieces of our sketch group art featured in an exhibit of comic art at the Jefferson Street Market in Downtown Lafayette.
I have also worked with Acadiana Open Channel, a cable access television station, as a volunteer camera operator and director of a live local based music program.
While attending UL Lafayette I have held several jobs that pertained to my interest in Marketing, Advertising, and Broadcasting.

A workable knowledge of computer applications that include Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Audition. All of the positions I have held have dealt with being very interactive with the public, use of creative thinking skills and providing customer service.
I am interested in promoting, public service, design, and brainstorming. I have many outside interests including sketching, writing, reading graphic novels, designing band flyers, watching movies and especially discovering new music.

Matthew currently resides between Broussard and Youngsville, Louisiana with his beautiful wife Kimberly. She keeps him on his toes and is the source of much inspiration in his life. He also enjoys being a Godfather to Annabella and a Uncle to Logan. He is a huge fan of Wes Anderson films and really likes anything Batman related. He moonlights in the radio industry and secretly wants to open a comic book / pop-culture shop & recording studio / music venue for the Acadiana area.
